All items purchased from ON THE STREET (except Jewellery, Bags & Discount Item) are eligible for exchange if returned within 7 days of parcel delivered depends on the posting area.

Please contact customer service immediately for refund & exchange procedure.

No cash refund for any return, customer will get the credit store and it can be used for the next purchase.

Note: Returns and exchanges only apply for unworn and unwashed merchandise.

ON THE STREET does not cover the cost of returns & exchange. We recommend sending the merchandise back using the most cost effective shipping that is available to you that includes tracking.

We recommend that you return merchandise to us using a traceable shipping method. Please retain record of your tracking number so that you are able to monitor the progress of the return as it is in route back to us

Jewellery, Bags and Discounted items are not eligible for refund, exchange, or store credit.

NOTE : Please allow 20-30% discrepancy in the product color due to lighting and monitor resolution (actual may appear dark/brighter). In such cases, the variance may not be considered as a defect.
There might be 1cm-2cm differences in the measurements given due to the different stretchable quality of the material and the way measurement is taken.
