All the sold items are not refundable or exchangeable unless you have received an incorrect items or damaged items.

We would not and unable to do any exchange for any issue such as:

1.Color differences  2.Dislike the color  3.Not as attractive as expected  4.Dislike the products material  5.Size problem  6.Not comfortable as expected  7.Any personal reasons and etc.


If you have received a damaged item or you have received incorrect items you can email to for complete and thorough assistance.

A photo of the damaged item(s) must be included in the email. Always include your name, order number, and full item name to avoid confusion.

We reserve the right to refuse a return or exchange if the merchandise in question does not meet our standards. (We also have the right to provide other solutions method)


Customer will get the refund depends on the payment method made of that purchase.

Your garment/s must meet the below requirements to be returned:

  - Returned within the time frame
  - Returned in new, unused.

Sorry no garments that smell of perfume, deodorant or have make-up stains or marks on them will be accepted. If garments are returned in this state, we may need to send these back you. However our customer care team will contact you.
